Instructions for Ordering:
First, choose whether or not you want the wallet personalized. If you chose no personalization, you can skip the next steps.
In the 1st text box, please enter the following:
Name or Monogram Initial(s) (Enter them in the order you want them to appear on the wallet - i.e. First, Last, Middle. Please include full name for clarification). 
In the 2nd text box, please enter the following:
Font Choice
Color of Name/Initials
Outline Color of Initials (or put "n/a" for none)
If you did not choose a circle font or a vine font, please specify if you want the initials all the same size or if you want the middle letter to be the last name initial & bigger than the other letters. If you chose a circle/vine font, please put "n/a" for this field.
